The house spans two floors and features spacious, well-organized rooms: a cozy living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds), and two bright, functional bathrooms, each with a shower and a window. Two furnished terraces complete the home.

Every detail is designed to ensure maximum comfort: mosquito screens, air conditioning in the stairwell, ceiling fans in every room, as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and smart TV. At the entrance, an outdoor shower makes it more convenient to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Inside the residence, a path leads directly to the beach; nearby you’ll find bars, a pizzeria, shops, and a pharmacy; the marina is just 600 meters away.

Bed linens and towels are provided for guests. Additional sets are available upon request for an extra fee.
