Trulli Martina located in the heart of Valley D’Itria surrounded by olive trees in peaceful area where client can enjoy the real atmosphere of this amazing region. The villa is midway between Martina Franca and Locorotondo both cities are offering all services needed, the coast is also easy to reach which is less than 15 km away.

The property features a large private garden of about 1 hectare full of vegetation with olive trees, lavender, and other plants. there is a private swimming pool of 10x5 mt equipped with sun beds and umbrella. A beautiful covered patio with large table and sits for enjoy al fresco meals also thanks to the stone built in barbecue and pizza oven.

Trulli Martina is a traditional 6 cones Trullo owner finely restored keeping the original walls and using some of elegant and comfortable furniture in order to provide a luxury vacation in an historical property. The villa inside covers over 270 sqm. there is a living area with a double sofa bed, stone fire place, equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker. Four double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower; living room with second sofa bed. Second service kitchen.
There is a separate dependence for 2 people with kitchen corner double sofa bed bathroom with shower.
The property has air conditioning the radiators can also be used for heating, Internet wifi, washing machine, private parking, stereo CD and satellite TV.

Trulli Martina is located in a wonderful position in the Valley D’itria from the villa is easy to reach Martina Franca or Locorotondo which area both 4 km away and offers all services, from the villa is also easy to make several day excursions to the wonderful locations of the region such as Ostuni 13 km, called the white city; The protected by UNESCO town of the Alberobello 15 km; the coast 15 km; the WWF Oasis of Torre Guaceto 30 km; Golf club in Fasano 20 km; the nearest Airports are Brindisi 40 km; Bari 70 km; Lecce 70 km.

Rental Rules:
A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.

There will be an extra fee to be paid in case of late arrival between 20:00 to 22:00 Euro 50.00 and from 22:00 to 24:00 Euro 80.00, it is not admitted arrival after 24:00.

Security deposit (Refundable): Euro 500.00; o be paid by Credit card easy rent policy with ceiling from 1500 to 5000
(The credit card number must be provide at the time of balance and will be pre-authorized before the client arrival, the amount would be returned within 48 hours after the check out time);

Lovely Villa
