"Great invorment, always very clean and respectful"

"Overall a great stay. Wish they had a hot tub in the pool area but the heated pool was very nice. Overall clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Much smaller than expected but that’s ok. The only downsides were parking, it was an alley type situation which we didn’t love, but didn’t have any problems while parked. And a little sad that half way through the breakfast time there was zero breakfast left. Overall would stay again. "

"The rooms are quite decent, good bed and a sorta chaise lounge. LA was hot and the air conditioning worked good but being that the room is about 300sf the air is loud. The management was quite responsive and helpful, there was an internet problem that took a number of days to repair but they reduced my bill which I thought was very decent. If you’re into healthy breakfasts you’ll be disappointed, however cereal, bagels, yogurt, some fruit and a large array of cellophane wrapped pastries are available. It’s really close to Metrolink which I used and the area is both safe and convenient. It’s quite quiet there, and everyone seemed nice…management keeps eyes on the property. I’d stay here again."

"Room was spacious while cleaned"

"Horrible area, horrible parking, dirty small rooms! We left and had to find other accommodations, and didn't receive the refund that we were told that we would get back by the front desk attendant. I hope that the gentlemen that checked in just before us and left for what I assume were similar reasons, at least got his full refund back. Do your research, as I should have done, and stay somewhere else!! "

"There was a spider inside the room"

"We are a family of four that stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The staff was excellent and any requests we made were tended to immediately. The pool area is small but fantastic with bottled water available. The hotel has a great vibe and we loved that there was a grocery store and Starbucks across the street. We also visited Ma’s kitchen which we loved! We found the location excellent. The only issues with the hotel were that the shower was small and the bathroom could have cleaner. There was a thick layer of dust on the baseboards. Additionally, we had a suite with a pull out couch but the mattress was very thin and squeaky. We ended up putting one kid in a cot and the other on the couch. "
