Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC, laundry room. 1st floor: living room, living room, kitchen, bathroom (bath), separate toilet, balcony terrace of 21.5 m2. 2nd floor: mezzanine (double sofa bed), 1 attic bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm). Carport (1 space), parking, land. Sheets included, beds made on arrival. 7th and 8th people possible (with supplement). Individual chalet located 10 km from Ugine and 12 km from Albertville. At the foot of the Bauges Regional Park, on a southwest-facing slope, in a natural environment of meadows and forests. Very good comfort. Spacious and well equipped. Large, pleasantly furnished balcony terrace. Natural land. Superb panoramic view of the valley and the Beaufortain and Belledonne massifs.
