「The property was clean, well appointed and very nicely decorated. It is self serve type hotel without a front desk. We had difficulty using our no key, phone entry. Had to call and someone was quickly able to help us get in. Other guest said they also had difficulty with it. Coffee and cold water are provided in the common area with a common fridge to use.
