The house is a few miles from the sea of Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, San Foca.
The property comprises a spacious living room with TV and a kitchen equipped with comfortable , oven, pots, dishes, tablecloths, towels, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, coffee, etc., 3 rooms with double beds and individual, and suite bathroom with shower; the house is surrounded by a big garden with outdoor shower and sink, equipped with table and chairs, barbecue pietra. The house is equipped with iron exterior doors for security and mosquito nets for each window. The price includes bed linen, the cost of electricity, gas, water.
On booking the owner provides take-away lunch and dinner for rediscovering the taste of a dish prepared with care, at home and his family propria.Valentina provide you with their expertise to offer a complete service.
