The hotel is right off of that area's main street. There are a few options for dinning that are within a walkable distance and there is on site parking, this hotel is also pet friendly.

Was told they had a pool and water park area. When we got there it was not open and under construction. Then the second night I went to give my daughter a bath and there was no hot water took them 2 hours to fix it and my daughter was so tired

Remodeled hotel that's walkable to downtown. No free breakfast was available due to having an attached restaurant. As others mentioned, the pool was still closed. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet.
