「The only issue we had was that the wall bar in the shower had rusted so bad that when Mom was using it to try to get out of the shower she almost fell because the bottom had rusted apart. 」

「Judging by the way the manager responds, I assume he is trying to cover up just how unsanitary the rooms are; the kitchen is infested with cockroaches, and they crawl all over the room. I suspect the housekeeping staff reuses the same sheets for multiple guests; upon checking in, my bed was covered in hair and stains.
