「The heritage harbor is a really nice community to stay at and a good location. We visited downtown ottawa, utica and starved rock. The grill is conveniently right out the door near the pool which is also very close. I loved the cute little screen in areas where you can eat your food or play games. They also have a restaurant onsite which was really good. They had live music when we arrived on Sunday outside near the tiki bar. The set up of the house was perfect for my family and we had...

「The property was super clean and comfortable. One of the hiccups was being able to locate pots and pans. We had to have someone come and bring us the missing items. Our son loved having the pool right out the front door and overall the community was friendly and quiet. We also experienced very little communication from the host which was frustrating at check-in and check out, but I think that is due to this property being managed by a company outside of Vrbo. but despite the limited...

When the replacement arrived, the old one was left there as well. No grill brush provided to clean it and no cover to protect it from the rain. 「This was a great VRBO. First time using one and the bar has been set high. Very close to shopping and the downtown area, which was what we were looking for. The home was very clean and beautiful, completely felt like we were at home! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!」

「It was a beautiful home and so comfortable. The host was so nice and easy to contact. Very close to the state parks.」

「Great location for our first stop while moving out youngest son from Western NY to Billings MT. Our host Great to work with and very private, we were able to cook a meal and enjoy the space. Nice sitting area outside as well,」

「The house was so cute, very well kept, clean, fully equipped, spacious and perfect spot for our girls’ trip getaway weekend. We had a great time and will definitely be back!」

「We stayed for two weeks to see various family members who came and went as schedules allowed. Overall, the house is great on many levels, if lacking in a few specific areas. First, the great, the hosts are incredibly receptive, friendly, helpful and gave the distinct impressions that they want to make your stay as good as possible. The common spaces are wonderful as well as the main pool, with plenty of space for people of all ages to enjoy themselves. Next, the good, the dining rooms were great...
