Cocoonr Agency offers you La Baraka, a beautiful studio with terrace ideally located in the heart of a wooded park. La Baraka is located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a recent residence. The apartment is close to the calanques, the beaches and the village center of Mazargues. A parking space at the foot of the building is offered with the apartment. Housekeeping is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

Accommodation:
- A living room: lounge with sofa and smart TV, a dining area, a Queen-Size bed (160x200).
- Open-plan kitchenette with fridge, electric kettle, etc.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.
- A terrace accessible from the living room.

La Baraka is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary welcome coffee capsules.

Exit to the left and you'll reach the Stade Vélodrome, then the city center or the Prado beaches. If you turn right, you'll reach the mythical Gineste and the calanques of Marseille-Cassis.

Public transport :
- Bus lines N°22 and 23 pass just below the residence and will take you to the city center.
- By car: A parking space is reserved for the apartment at the bottom of the building in the residence.
- Saint Charles train station is 30 minutes away by bus N°22 or 23 + Metro Line 2.
- The airport can be reached by shuttle bus to Gare Saint Charles, but we advise you to take a cab or Uber.

WE escalade dans les Calanques

Appartement impeccable pour deux personnes. Bien entretenu et équipé. Boulangerie et supermarché juste à côté. Très bien situé aussi pour les départs en balades dans le parc national. On conseille.
