Lovely Location , really relaxing

Really great location within walking distance of Cassis. Property is quirky vs the other villas locally, which we liked and a great base for exploring the area. the terrace was our favourite spot to relax but theres an area in the garden and behind the property to get sun or shade. Air-conditioning was good to cool the bedroom at night. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for when we are in. Our only negative was the quality of the pillows and bedding. We did wish we had brought our own pillows.

Villa by the sea

This house exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful piece of property with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains. Location was excellent. We were able to walk into town very easily and to a local beach each day. Tons of charm. We would highly recommend .

Wonderful Spot Overlooking the Mediterranean

It was a great location, spacious for 4 of us. Two of the bedrooms are connected so just would want to know that. There are a few quirks to the property in that only 1 toilet, two showers, and a sink in one location. Wasn't a problem for us. We would definitely stay there again!

La vue est incroyable! Maison très bien située tout près du départ des ballades dans les calanques et à 10 minutes à pied du port de Cassis. Le propriétaire est très agréable et arrangeant. Je recommande cette maison!

Séjour très agréable. Terrasse avec vue superbe sur la baie de Cassis. La maison est à 10min à pieds du centre ville. La maison est équipée de manière simple mais complète.

Du charme et idéalement situé.

La maison a indéniablement du charme, les petits déjeuners avec vue de la terrasse sont des plus sympathiques. Point de départ idéal pour se balader dans les proches calanques.

Les extérieurs et le jardin gagneraient à être mieux entretenus. Mais l'ensemble a beaucoup de charme, la maison est confortable et nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le gérant est particulièrement sympathique et réactif.

En résumé, la maison est spacieuse, mais sans luxe-les équipements ext. sont suffisants et très bien. Il manque certains indispensables à l’int : de grands poêlons et des couvercles pr chaudrons, cafetière trop basique; draps et serviettes non fournis, à moins de payer un excédent élevé: vu le prix de location élevé, amélioration nécessaire.

Vue imprenable. Qq minutes de marche à pieds pour atteindre le port. L’emplacement de cette villa pleine de charme est vraiment exceptionnel et l’accueil très chaleureux. A recommander!

Nice ocean view but a little loud

For our last part of our Italy-Spain-France tour we wanted to be as close to the ocean as possible so we selected this house because of the view:-) Sadly in cassis a lot of houses are renovated or build at the moment. two construction sites in the immediate neighborhood where work started early at 6/7 and ended at 18... Also the House is in a curve at the Mountain, so Cars are giving and braking the whole day which makes it even louder. The house itself is nice outside with the white walls but the ground definitly looks bigger on the photos than in real life. Inside the house could need some renovating. When we arrived we were told the Heating in our bedroom doesn’t work (end of March, very cold) and we should use a movable heating (very old, shaky feet, normally not allowed to use unobserved => so not at night). And the Tube at the bathtub was leaking (Someone brought a sealing ring later to fix it). The toilet is in a separate room and if not aired the whole time the room starts to stink a little bit. Personally we wouldn’t book the house for 6 people cause one bedroom is a through room the the next bedroom and to the bathroom (shower, bathtube). Also the double beds are very low, like futon beds, and could need some new mattresses. All in all when the weather is nice and it’s warm the house would offer a great space for a brunch on the Terrasse in the morning or a late dinner under the moon. The kitchen is nice and there are enough different dishes for a nice stay :-) and some cooking. But next time we would perhaps search for a more silent house. Even if it’s not near the ocean.

Charmant und sehr besonders

Wir hatten in der Villa Eveline eine wunderbare Woche. Das alte Haus ist gut in Schuss, absolut sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und die Lage ist schlicht ein Traum! Bei einem Totalstromausfall wegen Blitzeinschlag in der Nähe hat der Vermieter sofort geholfen. Es muss einem allerdings klar sein, dass die nahen Strände im Sommer sehr voll sind, auch die in den Calanques, die nur wandernd erreichbar sind. Cassis ist ein sehr netter und entspannter Ferienort!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Meerblick

Eine sehr schönes altes Holzhaus mit wunderschönem Meerblick. In den Ort waren es nur 10 Minuten und an den Felsenstrand auch nur 5 Minuten. Sehr netter Vermieter und saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung.
