Staff was very accommodating and flexible. We came in very late and the checkin was still smooth. Great paid parking at walking distance. For shopping and eateries too.
Very close to the harbour. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Friendly and highly cooperative staff. Room service was also to our satisfaction. Bed linen and mattress to room 22 may require attention to remove bed bugs. We both experienced punctures in clusters on skin from mites.
Nice hotel in a good location, our room was clean and had a spacious bathroom. Check-in was quick and smooth, and we had a comfortable night's sleep... would stay here again!
It was the best accommodation. It was clean, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything was perfect! There are also many nearby markets, great taco restaurants to dine at, and it's a lovely hotel for shopping.
This hotel is in an excellent location and you can walk everywhere. It’s very tastefully decorated and the facilities were perfect for us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only negative points are that the room we booked was on the road side of the hotel and it was very noisy, it also had a bad smell. The staff were very happy to move us to a quieter room at the back of the hotel. Would stay again. Thank you
Really lovely hotel. Located in a very convenient location (walking 20min. to Saint Charles Marseille train station, 5min to shopping, 15min to old town/port). It felt very safe, simple but elegantly decorated room, comfortable bed, and all the staff went above and beyond to help/accommodate us. Highly recommend this hotel!
One of the Highlights of our stay in Marseille: the location is perfect, the room & bathroom were super spacious, everything looked very new and stylish. Very quiet, even with the AC on.
Staff was very friendly and always ready to help.
I'd definitely go back to this hotel if I were to go back to Marseille.
Such a cute hotel. The staff were very friendly. The place was clean. Other reviews I read prior to booking this hotel complained about the location being a little sketchy. I would say that most of Marseille is a little sketchy but once you look past that Marseille is a charming city. Don’t let the street sway you from booking this hotel. We would definitely stay there again if we are in Marseille.
the inside of the hotel was clean. there was a forest fire and we needed to leave due to breathing issues. we didn’t even enter the room because it was the 4th floor no elevator. the outside was dirty and I was cat called multiple times while waiting for a taxi to leave the city. no refund after requesting.

This is such a great little find. When you come from the station you might worry it’s in a bit of a dodgy, noisy spot but turn into the road and walk into the hotel and it is lovely and tranquil. It is also perfectly placed to walk to all the touristy bits and bobs or just flaneur about and absorb it all. It’s well connected too to get buses/trains to the beaches, Calanques, hills. There’s some lovely neighbourhood restaurants where you can sit outside and some excellent nearby panisses too. And, you can eat breakfast outside in the little garden.
A cute hotel in a convenient area close to metro, cours julien and 15-20 min walk from the Old Harbour. If you are planning a city break this is an ideal place to stay. The rooms are perfectly clean and furnished with charming details. For solo travellers, its a bit quiet at night but still felt very safe. The daytime staff are super friendly and helpful. The only small challenge I had was the night staff don't speak English so non-French speakers, be aware of this when you plan your check-in time! Breakfast options are limited but there is complimentary coffee and water around the clock and great cafes and restaurants very close by. A great choice!

Stayed here for two nights. Friendly service and well located in a very busy street. We had a nice room on rhe street side, so noisy during the night. First night, airco broken down…with 36C outside, it was very hot in the room. Next day, water was cut off for few hours, so no shower possbile after a very hot day. Breakfast is 10€/pp and looked quite ok. One tip : please make sure the front door closes quietly, it closes with a “bang” so waked us up several times during the night.
Central, clean, friendly staff, great value for mo
The room was small but with high ceilling and the bathroom was quite big.
The downsides were: the rack for clothes was really small, for two it is very hard to hang and store your belongings. There were only two paper cups for your tea/coffee and they were not changed so keep in mind to ask for two extra cups maybe. No bathroom amenities only a liquid soap for hands + one in the shower. Bring your own. I would not spend more than what we paid (120 €) per night, that is a very good and fair price for the room but not worth more.
Staff is very friendly and location is central, close to Cours Julien and Le Vieux-Port, buses, bakeries and caffees close by. Would gladly come back.
The hotel itself was very nice but the area around it was not the cleanest and it came across as being less than safe based on first observation, although it could very well be safe. Now to my room. Super clean! I was in the loft room(#51)which required you to take elevator to 4th floor and then navigate up a very narrow spiral staircase. I found it a bit cumbersome to climb with luggage. Room has very low ceilings. There is also a crossbeam that I managed to bump my head on (I am only 5'8). There is a skylight but for me I would have preferred a light source at eye level. I wouldn't want to deter anyone from booking this room but take this info and decide for yourself. I forgot to mention to staff upon check out that I was not able to lock the deadbolt on my door which meant my sleep was not the best, worrying that every noise I heard was someone coming up the stairs. Noise was an issue. Not sure if it was the elevator I was hearing or what.

This was a solid option for a last-minute stay in Marseille. The room was tasteful and spacious, good shower water pressure, no major frills but all the basics. Most importantly, for a few glitches the hotel staff were kind and accommodating to help work them out.
Beautiful hotel with a lovely and helpful team working here. Room was super nice and the reception and dining area was very nice too. The little courtyard is very cute and calm. The breakfast buffet was nice. Can highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Lovely hotel. The best hotel bed I have ever slept in! Staff were amazing very friendly and the breakfast was great too!
The hotel was very tasteful great decor.
