  • Large parking, kitchen and living room of 70m2. Flat garden with a lot of shadow. Very quiet area.
    Baby equipment available. A secure gate at the entrance and a garden fully closed allow you a safe stay.
    I rent this house for the last 15 years and I get a great experience to assure you a great moment in Cassis.

Family vacation in Cassis

We had a wonderful week in Cassis and the surrounding area. The house is amazing, great location, well equipped, comfortable and the pool was perfect! Helene was a wonderful host, would love to come back again!

The Perfect Home

We loved staying at this home. The layout was conducive for socializing but also allowed for everyone to spread out and have alone time if needed. The property grounds were gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with tools. We were so happy with everything. We hope to one day be back! I recommend getting a rental car if you're staying at this property - which we did.

Great House, though tricky in summer

The house is very nice and the outdoor area is also extremely pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped and pleasant. I understand it is my fault that I did not check if there was air conditioning at the house but I guess I expected it due to the pricing. We were not there at a particularly hot time however we could not leave the windows/doors open as there are no screens and the mosquitoes would eat us alive. The host was extremely responsive and very nice to us but I'm just not sure how people can stay at the peak of summer with no AC and no screens to keep the mosquitoes out. That is my only concern, otherwise the house was very nice to stay at and the host was excellent.

Une bien jolie maison

Ce fut parfait, un accueil chaleureux avec Hélène, une maison décorée avec beaucoup de goûts, tout le confort et très bien équipée rien ne manque pour passer un joli séjour. Ein wunderschöner Rückzugsort für heiße Tage

Die Villa Simone ist ein prima Haus für alle, die mit Freunden und Familie gemeinsam chillen, kochen und quatschen wollen. Der sehr großzügige Küchen- und Wohnzimmer-Trakt sowie die vielen Sitzgarnituren in Haus und Garten eignen sich perfekt für Geselligkeit. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind hochwertig. der schöne Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber sehr angenehm, wenn man den etwas umständlichen Weg zum Meer scheut (zu Fuß sind es eher 35 Minuten und Parkplätze sind in Cassis knapp). Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber die Betten bequem und der Stauraum ist ausreichend da. Helene hat bei allen auftauchenden Fragen schnell reagiert. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem Haus, alle Erwachsenen und die Teenager fanden das Haus klasse. Jederzeit wieder.

Superbe séjour dans la villa Simone. La maison est spacieuse, le grand séjour très agréable et la terrasse est ensoleillée une bonne partie de la journée. La propriétaire a été très prévenante. Bref nous avons passé de belles vacances.

La maison est agréable, tres bien équipée et tres bien agencée, Tout est conforme à la description, La propriétaire Helene est attentive au bon déroulement du séjour, Anouk est également sympathique, La situation de la maison est idéale, proche de la gare, 30mn à pied du centre de Cassis, et 15 mn des commerces, aussi tres facilement accessible quelle que soit l heure (en dehors des bouchons...) Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison, lumineuse et ouverte sur l’extérieur et avec beaucoup de jolis endroits différents pour lire, prendre ses repas, partager des moments en famille et entre amis. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Nous avons aussi apprécié la situation : proche de Cassis et d’accès facile pour les visites de la région. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

An open and homey house just outside of the Cassis center

My husband, our 5-month old and I spent two weeks at this property in July. We had a great time, and would happily return. We highly recommend this property. Pros - Conveniently located just outside of Cassis, which means you avoid the horrendous tourist traffic over the summer. - A 1-min drive from a small cluster of shops (fruit/veg, butcher/fishmonger, bakery and pharmacy) - The open-plan common spaces are the main attraction of the home. All of the glass doors bringing the outdoor and indoor spaces together and making it ideal for summer months. - As someone who loves to cook, I found the kitchen very well appointed, there's everything you need to make a family meal and to entertain small groups. - While there's no gas or coal bbq due to regulation, the electric bbq does the job well. - The pool area is very nice. There's great sunlight and available shade if necessary. A pool cleaner comes once a week to maintain it. - The house is modern, and clearly has been lived in, but it is very clean and well maintained, making for a homey experience. - The owner was spectacular. She was very attentive. She also kindly outfitted the house with all the baby equipment we needed. Improvement points: - While there's internet, it's quite basic. It wasn't strong enough for my husband to work remotely during our time there, but luckily he found a very nice coworking space with great internet just down the road. - The house is part of a gated community, which adds a layer of security, but makes it feel less personal. - The house came with only one remote for the street gate, which isn't convenient if you come with more than one car or for visitors. - There's no specific bin for recycling and we resorted to driving it down the road to a local drop off point. - While it wasn't a problem for us, it's important to note that except for the master bedroom, the other 3 bedrooms are quite small, and all share a single bathroom and toilets. - Equally, the master bath doesn't have a fixed showerhead. One has to use a handheld showerhead to shower in the bathtub.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé trois merveilleuses semaines dans cette maison. Les grandes baies vitrées, les terrasses, la piscine sont parfaites pour passer la journée quelle que soit l'heure et la chaleur. La propriétaire et sa gouvernante sont à l'écoute et toujours là en cas de question. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette maison.

Wunderschöne Architekten-Villa in gesichertem Quartier, mit wunderschönem Pool und grosser Terrasse

DIE VILLA Die architektonisch-ansprechende, wunderschöne und spezielle Villa bietet sich für einen Entspannungsurlaub an. Die Fensterfronten (Schiebefenster) des Wohn-/Esszimmers können auf drei Raumseiten komplett geöffnet werden, so dass der Innenbereich des Hauses mit dem sehr grossen Terrassenbereich und Garten, der mit Zypressen und weiteren mediterranen Bäumen umrandet ist, zu verschmelzen scheint. Der Schlafbereich des Master Bedrooms liegt auf der Westseite der Villa, die übrigen Schlafzimmer auf der Ostseite - eine ideale Aufteilung also für Ferien mit Freunden oder Eltern mit ihren Kindern. Die Küche ist üppig ausgestattet und perfekt zum Kochen. Ein Elektrogrill (Weber) auf der Terrasse ist ideal zum Grillieren. Der geheizte, elektrisch abdeckbare Pool 9.5 x 3.5 m ist in den Terrassenbereich integriert. Der Dachbereich des Wohnzimmers ist als Dachterrasse ausgestattet: Hier sind Sternbeobachtungen oder ein genussvolles Glas Cassiser Weisswein in der erfrischenden Brise zur frühen Abendstunde (die nächsten Weinberge grenzen unmittelbar an das Grundstück) möglich. Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen, abgesicherten Wohnquartier mit Code-Zugangstor auf dem Zufahrtsweg. DIE LAGE Die Villa liegt knapp 2 km nördlich der wunderschönen Ortschaft Cassis (in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Cassis; Züge sind aber nur selten und dann absolut nicht störend hörbar - wir sind diesbezüglich heikel :-)). Cassis ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar, ein riesiger Carrefour (in Le Ciotat) in ca. 10 Minuten. Cassis und die Umgebung bietet tolle Ausflugsziele (route des cretes, Calanques, etc.). DIE BESITZERIN Hélène, die das Haus selber mit einem bekannten Architekten aus Paris entworfen und gebaut hat, hat uns sehr herzlich und offen empfangen. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir freuen uns, hoffentlich wieder in der wunderschönen Villa zukünftige Ferien verbringen zu können und werden unseren engen Freunden einen Kurz- (oder auch längeren) Aufenthalt in der Villa empfehlen.

Une maison particulièrement bien équipée dans la cuisine, une pièce à vivre très agréable. Au calme, avec de bons commerces pas trop loin. C'est propre, on s'y sent bien. Parking appréciable pour garer les voitures à Cassis!
