The hotel was amazing and the staff were even more amazing. They were helpful and were there for anything we needed. We felt welcome and the chef was such a good cook.

I booked through hotels.com and paid extra for a room with a garden view. Instead, on arrival, I was given a room overlooking the street, which was noisy unless we kept the window closed and I was told that I would have to pay 400 pesos more for a room with a garden view. The bottle of wine that was supposed to come with the room wasn’t there so I had to ask for it. At 7:30 in the morning I was woken up by staff talking and laughing loudly that lasted at least an hour. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. The best thing about the room was the bed that was very comfortable. The hotel was clean, the staff for the most part pleasant and the location was great - centrally located with the bus stop for the bus to the central bus station just around the corner.

Great experience! Great food. Would go back.
