We are delighted to welcome you in our Marrakech Villas Collection.
Villa Loula, Located on Ourika Road is in close proximity to everything :
- 15mn from City Center
- 5mn from Tennis Academy Marrakech
- 10 mn from PGO – Palm Golf Ourika
- 10 mn from Wakiboard of Marrakech (Wakeboard, and water ski facility)
- 10 mn from Al Mazar – mall with a supermarket

Villa LOULA dispose of a wonderful 5000 m2 of land manicured into an eclectic moroccan garden.
With 4 ensuite double bedroom, comfort and peace are at reach in a fully secured area.

If you choose to use the kitchen on your own, we ask for a cleaning fee of 50€ by the end of your stay. (if required)

Deposit : the day of your arrival, Your concierge will ask you for a deposit. Generally a card number.

Alcohol : since we do not have any license. We cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee.

External Guest : we require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancelation regarding this particular matter : no refund will be made.

Beautiful villa with excellent service

We were lucky enough to spend a week at this gorgeous villa - the photos don't do it justice. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet with a huge garden and wonderful heated pool. Abdel, Fatima and Zoubida looked after us immaculately with delicious breakfasts, lunches and cake! A very spoiling week and we will definitely return. The service from Sejour Maroc was brilliant - in the run up to our stay, and during our stay Rabia was amazing at booking restaurants & taxis. All very seamless and we didn't have to worry about a thing. A proper holiday, thank you!
