Poor services. Bed was hard and the furniture was really old. At checkout we paid with credit card with a higher exchange rate than the one showed. Wi-Fi was not available in the room.

Hotel très vieux et lit très inconfortable...

Ne mérite vraiment pas un 4 étoiles ! L'hotel est très vieux et la décoration pas flateuse... Le matelas est très dur, j'avais l'impression de dormir sur du bois et d'ailleurs je n'ai pas réussi à dormir du TOUT ! De plus, c'est très mal insonorisé alors le bruit est omniprésent (route comme couloir...). Je déconseille...

absolute waste of money.

Arrogant and rude reception staff, unwilling to help when they could not find me booking via hotels.com Then they had the cheek ask for payment again and wanted to hold my passport just in case the booking I had already paid for did not materialise. Bed has rock hard with old dated linen. The toilet only flushed 1st then kept trying to fill all night long. Shower head broken with no pressure. Only God knows how they have a 4star rating. Thoroughly disappointed. Abosolute waste of money. Avoid unless like me you have be travelling for 24hrs and are desperate for a nights sleep. You have been warned..!!!!

Hôtel noté 4 étoiles qui n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles. Wifi trop faible, télévision date des années 80 sans chaine internationale, service carrément nul (demande de passage d'un technicien pour avoir du chauffage et qui n'est jamais venu !)

C’est pas possible d’attribuer 4 étoile à un établissement comme celui ci ?!! Il est d’une insalubrité totale, les chambre sont sales, c’est très bruyant mal isolé, le service est minimum et tellement vétuste et vieilli ! Je ne voulais pas me fier aux autres commentaires médiocres mais malheureusement ils avaient raison. Je n’ai pas pu dormir... Vraiment Déçu je suis d’ailleurs resté 1 seule nuit sur les 2 réservés. Impossible de rester.

Sehr schmutzig, unfreundliche Mitarbeitern

Sehr schmutziges Hotel oder Ryad, sogar 2* sind Zuviel. Im Bett waren Tiere, kein Kühlschrank, Schimmel im Bad, alle Zimmer sind Raucher Zimmer, Frühstück geht so, Nacht Mitarbeitern wollten uns beklauen als wir Flasche Wasser Waben wollten , haben die das doppelte an Geld verlangt.

Dette hotellet trenger en 100 prosent rehabilitering. Alt er slitt og gammelt. Dårlig vedlikeholdt. Sengene og rommene er ok, men dørene har ingen lydisolasjon og alt naboene gjør og snakker om høres tydelig. Frokosten er laber, men greit med kokk som lager omelett. Hvis du er avhengig av Wi-Fi, styr unna. Hvis du har flaks, fungerer det ved bassenget. Og litt i resepsjonen. TV-signalene er også helt håpløse.

The property is old. Furniture terrible and from the stone age. doors with no handles, broken toilet seat, and the shower if i dare calling it shower is a just a dark cold and rotten corner with a cheap plastic curtain seperating the toilet and the shower. The worst hotel so far. And no internet in the rooms at all

O hotel se diz 4 estrelas mas na verdade sao 2 ou no maximo 3 estrelas, estrutura antiga, o chuveiro do quarto nao ficava fixo a parede (quebrado), apesar de ter pago todas as taxas e impostos na reserva, o hotel cobrou uns 50 euros de uma “taxa da cidade” que não estava descrito na reserva que teria mais este adicional, apesar de ter argumentado e mostrado que já havia pago por todas as taxas o hotel não abriu mão deste valor. Nem todos os funcionários da recepção falavam inglês ou espanhol, o que dificultou a comunicação com turistas brasileiros. Para um 2 ou 3 estrelas o hotel está ok, mas não é o luxo que parece nas fotos.

Arrivé à l'hôtel à tard la chambre qui nous a été attribue n'est pas faite les draps sales , les traces d'urines dans les toilettes, pas de gel douche et les flacons de shampoing ne est consommé à moitiés par les gens qui sont partit La femme de ménage je pense à juste tiré le drap le bien étalé sur le lit et c n'est bon... heureusement nous avons appelé l'accueil et finalement ils nous ont changé l chambre et tous ça a 2h du matin après un voyage fatiguant en avion qui a duré plus de 18h . De toute façon expérience à ne plus refaire et Hotel que je ne recommencerai jamais Dommage
