Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Marmagne, this charming 500 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 15 travelers. The castle was renovated over two years and reopened in 2024. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a 32,000 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A large 90 m² living room with sofa and armchairs
- A large 80 m² dining room with sitting area and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)

The house is ideally located in Marmagne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

Endroit très sympa, localisation super et cadre parfait mais il ne faut pas être regardant sur la propreté dans le gîte (vaisselle poisseuse, moisissures dans la cafetière, fourmis dans la cuisine, sols très poussiéreux).Modalités de location pas des plus honnêtes. Retenue de caution sans signature d'état des lieux (peut-être juridiquement discutable)
