「バーゼルの中心地、ライン川沿いに位置するおしゃれな宿です。非常に清潔で、家具・家電類も洗練されています。宿泊予定の二日前に道路向かいの建物が火災となり、電話及びメールで連絡をもらいました。内容は「当ホテルに被害はないものの、火災後の臭い等で迷惑をかけるかもしれない。喘息などのアレルギー疾患を有する場合は推奨できないので希望すれば別のホテルを段取りする。」というものでした。我々は予定通りに宿泊しました。また、当日はライン河畔でロックコンサートがあり、部屋から楽しむことができました。ホテル付属のレストランは大変美味でした。付属の駐車場はありませんが、契約駐車場（徒歩５分）の25％割引がります。（一泊２５００円程度）おすすめの宿だと思います。」

「中庭の眺めもスパ施設も綺麗でした。イタリアンレストランでの食事(リゾットなどを注文。)が美味しくて、朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。部屋のシャワーがちょっと弱かったのが残念でした。」

「このホテルの口コミに日本人の方がいなかったので、どうかなーって心配していましたが、そんな不安は一切いりませんでした！スタッフの方もとても素敵な方で、なんといっても部屋が素敵すぎます！！！家具、ライト、すべてがお洒落！！夜寝るだけになってしまったけれど、この空間をもっと楽しみたかったです！バスの割引？チケットや、同じ建物にバー？などがあり利用すると10%割引してくれるみたいです！今回は知り合いと会う予定でここに来たので、バーなどの利用は出来なかったですが、次回は必ず利用したいと思います！！！大大大満足のお部屋でーす！」

「到着日の夜届いたアンケートに、「他の室から音漏れがあった」と記入したところ、親切なことに「部屋を変更しましょうか?」と翌日提案がありました。」

「No Air conditioning it would be very uncomfortable if temps outside exceeded 85 degrees. However the breakfast bar was superb there is a walkway bridge to this quaint town in France a shopping mall a park on the Rhine the tram into Basel all within walking steps from the hotel.」
