"Found the studio ok on the surface, but not up to usual Vrbo standards mainly because the ‘host’ was in contact remotely, so the problems we encountered were not able to be dealt with straight away. The shower was Luke warm and hardly more than a dribble, still not sorted after 2 nights. We were cold at night and requested blankets for the next night, but was dismissed via text as not being available. The kitchen sink didn’t have a working plug, so made washing pots difficult. "We had a couple of problems during our stay. Our hosts were on holiday in a rrmote part of the country so communication could be delayed because of poor mobile connection. However they curtailed their holiday and rectified matters as soon as they were able. I would certainly stay there again as The sawmill is very centraal, shops nearby and close to transport hubs. Highly recommmended despite the problems we had."

"We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...
