The villa includes three comfortable bedrooms: one double bedroom with a wardrobe on the ground floor, a spacious double bedroom upstairs, and a third bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cabin, washbasin, and an infrared sauna—offering a private wellness experience right at home. There are also two separate toilets for added convenience. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
