"El trato con Alberto, perfecto, amable y disponible en todo momento. La casa es amplia, cómoda y está bien equipada (qué bien el aire acondicionado), cerca de Toledo y de Puy du Fou, que era nuestro objetivo principal. Como centro de operaciones, perfecto. No puedo opinar sobre el pueblo, porque no lo hemos visitado. A mejorar el mantenimiento de la casa, necesita un repaso en algunas cositas (percheros del baño, cabinas de ducha, sombrillas de la piscina, nevera...) para tener mejor puntuación."

"Nice place to stay "

"The staff was friendly, but we did not have a five star (Google) or 9.6 (Expedia) experience. Check in began at 1230 according to the website but we were not set to arrive till 330. I received a message that there would not be anyone to check us in from 230 to 430 - I was told it was “rest time” for their staff. I messaged back the time we were planning on arriving (we had driven five hours that day) and was told no one would be there but we could wait on them. We adjusted our schedule and it was fine. We get checked into our room and my wife comes out of the bathroom and said, “someone has been smoking in there”. Not sure if they had a policy or not but did not want to be blamed for smoking and so I told the front desk. They moved us to the room next door - that was nice. Then the 15” tv remote would not work. They brought us another one - that was nice. I initially found the property through a Google search. It is listed as a “5 Star Property”. It is not! It is a nice hotel that we personally had a few small things happen that although they were quick to address, limit what we can "

"An excellent stay. The hotel is a little out of Toledo, which I thought was an advantage. No noise, peace and quiet - perfect. Breakfast was very good, excellent quality. The swimming pool was very pleasant. My room was spacious, clean with a first class terrace. I liked the fresh lemon water in reception - especially as it was very hot. Hotel staff were genuinely cheerful. If I ever return to Toledo this hotel would be my first choice. The only negative. Nothing to do with the hotel. Public transport into Toledo was extremely limited. So a car is essential."

"La único que salva la experiencia es Alina - el todo de atención y mantenimiento del lugar. Ella es increíble! Dicho eso, al reservar, cometí el error de asumir que una habitación de 300€ por noche tendría aire acondicionado, pues no - es más, las pequeñas ventanas no tienen siquiera una malla para evitar que entren los insectos que la luz de la habitación atrae… con 37°Celsius afuera, la experiencia por el precio es absurda. Además de la falta de aire acondicionado (mi error al asumir que lo habría) el acceso a la habitación asignada es por un patio abandonado y vacío con un tramo sin protección (cuidado con lluvia) y al lado de un área inundada desde que sabe cuánto tiempo… definitivamente no es una experiencia que justifique el costo"
