This home is located in a wonderful residential mountain community. It is extremely peaceful in the mountains and it is easy to hear nature outdoors

There are so many incredible things to do in this area so please check out our guidebook for ideas!

We are experienced hosts and make sure to include all the necessary items for cooking, cleaning, and living. If something is missing or not to your standards please reach out and we will be sure to make things right.

Internet here is with Starlink and gives us great speeds up to 60mbps. As an engineer who needs a good workspace, I made sure I was able to be comfortable and work efficiently while here.

Please note that the garage is used as a GAME ROOM and is not fully temperature-controlled but a portable cooler is provided to help maintain a more comfortable temperature.

Noise is taken very seriously and there are external cameras on the property.

Traveling during the winter has risks due to potential snow storms. Always check the weather before traveling. The county plows this road, however, during a major storm it could take significant time for the road to be plowed but this is rare. There are also shovels provided for the driveway. During the winter months make sure to have chains available. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance for any home in the mountain area, especially for Yosemite.

During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months except the propane fire pit. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.

Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!

We are always available via VRBO message to help you out or answer your questions between 8 am to 9 pm.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway area and an additional gravel area in front of the house. Please let us know if you experience any issues.

YOSEMITE RESERVATIONS:
Depending on travel dates, reservations with recreation. gov may be required to enter the national parks. Any guests planning to visit the national parks during their travels are advised to visit nps . gov for the most accurate updates and requirements regarding traveling to the national parks. This includes reservation requirements, permit requirements, vehicle requirements, and road closures or traffic patterns.
