Great clean tidy modern hotel in a lovely location. Good breakfast and a really excellent dinner menu if you wish to eat there in the evening. My only complaint would be a lack of shade and the usual idiots who reserve a sun bed under an umbrella with a towel at 7am only to turn up at midday. Given the style of the hotel i think it would be better if it was adults only. Other than that it’s excellent.

Amazing fresh new hotel in wonderful location.

The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the Marina. The property is very new and extremely nice. The hotel provided a very nice breakfast and the staff were amazing especially Ivana and Lana. We were so impressed we will be staying again after we complete our sailing.

Property must be fairly new as of this review. It was super clean, modern, and fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was good, beach access is out the back door. Great place to crash for a few days.

amazing hotel in a very quiet resort room was very clean cleaned 5 out of 7 days breakfast lovely staff very friendly and helpful. hotel has its own part of the beach with sunbeds free for customers also infinity pool was very good.

Wonderful hotel

First impressions of this hotel were excellent as we walked into reception & saw the most amazing views. I’m happy to say that the excellent experience continued throughout our 11 night stay. We booked a family room which was one of the 2 interconnecting rooms available in the hotel. This gave us access to a huge patio with a private pool. Such a lovely thing to have as this pool stayed in the sun all day whilst also allowing access to shade if needed. The staff were just wonderful. They could not do enough to help & were some of the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever come across. I also need to mention the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful & of great quality. We had dinner in the restaurant 3 times during our stay & the food was exceptional. Superb cooking & fantastic service. The price was also very reasonable for the quality offered & worked out to be no more expensive than some other restaurants in the village with the guest ‘10% off offer’ provided. It was a shame that the restaurant wasn’t busier with more guests because it really was very good! As other guests have commented, this hotel feels much more like a 5* rather than the 4* rating it has. It’s a small hotel with only 29 rooms which means that the attention to detail & service are top notch. Highly recommend as a base for exploring this area of Croatia.

Nice pearl, frontline beach, quiet area

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this quite new hotel with only 28 (?) rooms. Superb breakfast, nice bar and lovely staff. None mentioned by name, so no one is forgotten - but you all know who you are. So polite, friendly and positive. Hotel has a gated area facing the sea, with a public beach in front. Not much people anyway. Area and sea was clean. Fitness room was more like a playroom, no ventilation, no water and no towels. Ventilation on ground floor was not working well. All in all a great stay, nice rooms, spacious bathroom and overall clean and nice. We just loved all of you positive and friendly people working here

Marinus Beach on the Beach

Excellent staff and very helpful. Very clean bedrooms. Not very comfortable balcony chairs!! Very large ultra modern dining room but doesn’t have a daily friendly choice of food if you are staying several days. Needs a much better selection of snacks and lunches available in lounge area! Not everyone wishes to use the pool bar, smoking going on!! There are some bad smells in lifts and around that need urgent attention! I notice that this has been mentioned some time ago in another response!!

The location is beautiful and the views are lovely. However our stay was marred by the fact that we were not allowed to use our AC in our room. We were told that the rest of the guests wanted to hotel warm so we had no option but to keep our room temperature as is. This seems outrageous to me and have not heard of anything at all like this in any hotel before. The staff said to open the windows but of course there is a bar playing music below which kept us up until they closed. Needless to say, I don’t recommend the Marinus.

We couldn't have asked for more! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a delicious dinner and two breakfasts in the restaurant which was also fantastic, and the restaurant staff was also super friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful, everything is clean -- the Marinus Beach Hotel is a winner!
