"At the end of our travels, this location was great for us to recover. We had a room with a balcony. I loved the view so much. The room was clean and spacious- a little sparse but I didn’t mind the austerity. Appreciated the water, free of charge in our room everyday. The breakfast was good - loved the fresh fruit every day with my cappuccino. My only wish was they had robes. We will remember this hotel fondly. "

"Staff are extremely helpful. Property is clean. Likes that the shower room was separate to the toilet room. Family room is a good size, very spacious to accommodate 3 ladies and all their luggage. Only thing is there was no iron as it’s a eco friendly hotel. But we survived with out one "

"We loved staying at the excelsior the it had an amazing view and rooms were huge and very clean and felt at home. The shuttle service was fantastic as if you like walking the Aldi Center is about 30min walk down steps… Maurizio and Antonio the drivers were so friendly and can’t thank them enough! They really went above and beyond to even decorate our room as we were there staying for our honeymoon. We could not recommend this hotel more and we will be back. "
