I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi.
The driver was there after collecting my bags at 12:30am.
On arrival to the hotel they delivered my bags to my room while I registered. They also provide a welcome drink.
During my stay I noticed some water on the floor (coming from the AC) I notified the...

Excellent location for MRT, Marina Bay Area, Merlion Park, China Town. Hotel swimming pool was excellent to cool off mid day and return to sightseeing. Also close to Hawker for variety local food at cheap prices. I would return here on my next stay.

We booked the Prestige Room with a harbor view and lounge services. So far, the lounge is the best I’ve experienced. The staff are friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the room is well soundproofed and impeccably clean.

This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops. The hotel is located in Chinatown and is less than 5 mins walking distance to dozens of restaurant including several Michelin rated restaurant.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and you’ll be greeted with smile every time you enter the hotel. My only “complaint” is the pool chairs is very limited (probably can fit 15-20 max).
