Used towels hanging on back of door when I first arrived, bedside table lamp did not work, holes in wall not patched properly in bathroom, comforter had stains on it and was dirty in spots. Best thing was front desk person was very friendly and nice. Continental breakfast - we (residents) ALL shared one gallon of milk for coffee and cereal

Property has had numerous owners, Strong smell of sewage on all floors. Walls in room need painted, draperies shows signs of neglect, bathroom floor needs replaced, tub unusable for bath, shower only. Wingate by Wyndham located in Vienna WV great place to stay, much cleaner 12.0 miles away

I had to go to the front desk after getting to my room to ask for a remote for the television. Also, there was not even a trash can in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room. In the bathroom, the toilet looked like someone just went #2 in it and it didn't flush all of it. The shower head looked like it was coming out of the wall and the shower curton had some weird greenish/blueish stuff on it. I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower. The floor in the room was very uneven and wasn't cleaned good underneath things. The "free" breakfast that was included was bad. The yogurt tasted like it was expired. I can definitely say that I will not be staying at that location again. On another note, the lobby had a weird smell.

When you're in the middle of renovations, it would be good to indicate that somewhere. Instead I walked into a hotel that had no ice, little vending, no equipment in the fitness room, and only one of two elevators functioning. The first room I was placed in should NOT have been an option because it had no coffee maker, tissues, soap, alarm clock, phone, USB port, or batteries in the remote. They have a list of rooms being renovated, but I got put in one anyway. I got moved into a second room after midnight. It was an improvement, but still did not have an alarm clock or USB post anywhere.

The room was dirty. There was no breakfast as advertised. The breakfast room was dirty. The front desk clerk was nice. Unfortunately I knew I could not get my money back. There were roaches. In the room. I travel often but this was the worse of the worse I have stayed.

Floors weren’t swept. Very outdated. Pool was big but hot tub was caution taped off. Very poor condition all around. No towels at pool. Had to leave to ask for some. Breakfast was gone an hour after it opened. I won’t stay here again.
