Nice town and relaxing stay

Fine apartment on second floor. 6 days stay. We did not make use of room service. It was nice and clean everywhere in the building. Two persons needed to park the car as it is very tight parking. Breakfast fine. Yes we may be back some day

Wir hatten für ein paar Tage ein Apartment im Hotel gebucht. Ausgestattet mit einer praktischen Küche, einem Wohnzimmer, Flur, Bad mit Dusche und WC, und einem großen Schlafzimmer. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber und das Mobilar in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Einziges Manko ist die sehr enge Garage mit einer schmalen Zufahrt, die für SUV nicht geeignet ist. Für das Parken werden 10Euro pro Tag berechnet.

Schönes Hotel nahe Kurpark

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und voll ausgestattet. Das Bett sehr komfortabel. Begrüßung auf deutsch und sehr freundlich. Parkplatz in der Hotelgarage teilweise eine Herausforderung, weil zu eng zum Einparken. Dafür mit 10 Euro die Nacht in Ordnung.

Wunderbare Lage, sehr ruhig und doch nah an der Kolonade; zuvorkommendes Personal; gutes Frühstück. Zimmer bittet gut ausgestattete Küche. Generell viel Platz und eine riesige Terrasse möbliert. Das wird auf Dauer unser Aufenthaltsort in Marienbad sein. Hund kostet 20€ pro Nacht.

Mycket fint hotell med toppen service.

Hotellet var superbra för oss fyra gubbar som skulle spela golf. Vi fick en familjelägenhet 80kvm med tre sovrum, två badrum samt kök och v-rum i ett. Från första stund fick vi otroligt bra och snabb hjälp. Lenka var den person vi hade mest kontakt med och hon var kanonbra att ha att göra med. Mycket flexibel och hög servicenivå. Hon fixade rummet (lägenheten), hon fixade alla transporter till och från golfbanorna. Vår chaufför Robert var precis lika vänlig och hjälpsam som Lenka, inget var omöjligt. Tusen tack Lenka och Robert för att Ni gjorde vår vistelse i Marienbad så fantastisk. Vänligen Tommy i Spånga.

Etwas schwächer; man weiß, was man erwarten kann

Wir kommen seit Jahren in dieses Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Möbel im alten Stil, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher angenehm und sauber. Einen Kühlschrank und die Basics in der Küchenzeile zu haben schätzen wir besonders mit Kindern, sehr. Die Sauberkeit (in den Zimmern sollten Spinneweben entfernt und auch die Lampen, Spiegel etc. vom Staub befreit werden und in den Ecken noch gründlicher gewischt) und die Freundlichkeit es Personals fanden wir dieses Mal nicht ganz so prickelnd, die Dame im Frühstücksservice könnte freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. Die Eier beim Frühstück wären heiß sehr schön, auch um 09:30 Uhr nochmal den Aufschnitt aufzufüllen wäre toll. Eine Kuhmilchalternative wäre perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt trotzdem wieder....

Die Personal war sehr hilfreich und sprechen auch alle Deutsch. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichlich. Wir haben ein Suite mit 3 Schlafzimmer für die ganze Familie und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber doch ruhig. Man kann es sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Zmmer war ganz ordentlich, Balkon gebucht- Aussicht auf Hinterfront des Hotels " Olympia"- diese Extrabuchung war ein Fake. Täglich in den sehr frühen Morgenstunden ( ca 5.30 Uhr) kamen Müll- und Wäsche - und diverse Lieferfahrzeuge immer unter unseren Balkons. Von geruhsamer Erholung konnte keine Rede sein. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten- 4 tage derselbe Aufschnitt, immer 2 Sorten Käseaufschnitt und täglich Tomate und Gurke aufgeschnitten. Kein Frischkäse, Mozarella, Camenbert oder ähnliches. Das Parken in der sog. Tiefgarage für eine Gebühr von 10,00 € täglich extrem eng und umständlich. Hinzu kommt, dass die 3 Parkplätze davor ständig auch von grossen Fahrzeugen beparkt waren, so dass das Ein- und Ausfahren noch zusätzlich erschwert wurde. Obwohl dieses von der Rezeption aus einsehbar war, wurde erst auf Ansage eine Abänderung herbeigeführt.

Расположение отеля хорошее. Завтраки хорошие. Очень было холодно по ночам в номере и персонал отеля отказался помочь подогревателем или хоть как-то. В душевой номера 206 не исправна система канализации (не работает гидрозатвор), стоит ужасный запах , приходилось затыкать полотенцем сливное отверстие. Персонал в курсе этой проблемы, но ничего не предпринимают.

Lage und Komfort überzeugen.

Wir haben dieses Hotel schon zum wiederholten Male gebucht. Es bietet guten Komfort in sehr guter Lage in der Nähe des Kurzentrums. Sehr großes Zimmer mit getrenntem Wohnraum, Küche, Bad und Schlafraum.

Das Haus liegt im Zentrum und doch ruhig.

Leider haben wir doch etwas zu bemängeln. Nachdem am Anfang alles zu toll war, so enttäuschend war es beim Frühstück. Das Personal hatte nicht einmal ein Lächeln, geschweige denn den Guten Morgen Gruß erwidert. Der Kaffee war sehr dünn, wenn man ihn nach mehrmaliger Bitte erhalten hat. Wollte man einen Cappuccino, kostete dieser extra. Das Personal arbeitet unkoordiniert und langsam. Das Auffüllen der Speißen und der Getränke erfolgt, wenn überhaupt sehr schleppend. Es wird zwar angeboten das man sich ein Omelette zubereiten lassen kann, wünscht man dieses, wird es abgelehnt. Es ist sehr schade, dass dieses Verhalten unseren sonst sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt getrübt hat.

...wenn der Nacht Sevice nicht in der Lage ist Gäste ordentlich zu empfangen sollte man die Rezeption um 21:00!!Uhr schließen,oder einfach die Schlüssel im Briefkasten hinterlegen.Wir kamen uns ziemlich unerwünscht vor. Wenn man Zimmer im 4 Stock vergibt (sehr schön im übrigen) sollte der Aufzug funktionieren! Es gibt Aufzugsfirmen die diese reparieren.Schlimmer noch das am Vormittag die Reinigungskräfte damit fahren doch die Gäste laufen sollen.Der Frühstücksservice keinen Ton herausgebracht . Dann lieber gar kein Personal einstellen.Keine Empfehlung unsererseits.

Empfehlenswert - Super Lage zum Kurpark

Service am Empfang könnte immer so freundlich wie bei An- und Abreise sein. Die Massagen waren sehr hektisch, damit gewöhnungsbedürftig.Frühstück war sehr gut, Halbpension hätte man nicht nehmen brauchen, aber die Auswahl von immer anderen 4 Hauptgerichten machte es auch hier abwechslungsreich. Sehr ruhige Lage. Schwimmbad und Sauna im Hotel Continental - 20 Min entfernt - wurde uns gar nicht erst empfohlen.
