"The staff tried very hard. The property had just opened and wasn't ready for guests. The first room they put me in didn't have a remote for the A/C and it was stuffy and smelled badly and had dust from construction around the room. The second room was clean, but had very few things in the kitchen and the drapes look like they were purchased at the dollar store and didn't fit the windows well, so the outside lights came into the room at night. The hotel was in a very sketchy neighborhood...
"Best soap I have ever had at a hotel. Plentiful shampoo & conditioner. Breakfast is decent, room furnishings are a little old. Great staff, convenient location. "
