"Overall excellent experience. Check in had some hick ups because access was sent online after we left home and we had trouble with our internet connection and the given phone number was not correct. Was solved though after finding a restaurant with WIFI (so if you book make sure you do have mobile roaming). There was a big construction happening right above the villa-not the owner's fault but it affected us with lack of parking and smell and noise. The villa itself is gorgeous, well maintained...

"We (4 adults) stayed a wonderful week at Casa Viña. Hilary and Andrew are spectacular host and the inside and outside of the cottage are breathtaking. Everything you could ever need is provided to make this the perfect place for a vacation on Tenerife. Don't hesitate to book this gem of a place!"

"Electrical systems in the house are complex and not safe, simply moving the treadmill safety cord results in electrical outages in several rooms. Two rooms without power for no reason, fuse box not accessible...almost every day constant emails about the electrical systems in the property. Notification 9 days after we leave about disputed damage with one WhatsApp photo, then just billed our card is terrible from the managing agents."
