The exterior of the flat is designed to maximise the enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate. The property has an outdoor chlorine pool measuring 7.5 metres long by 3.5 metres wide, with a uniform depth of 1.70 metres, ideal for cooling off on hot days. Next to the pool, guests will find sun loungers for relaxing in the Mallorcan sun. The terrace also has a barbecue area under a porch that shades the table set up to enjoy outdoor meals with your companions. The rustic interior, distributed over two floors, starts with an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV, which is open to the dining room, creating a large and bright space to relax and eat with your companions. In addition, the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious dishes during your stay. There is a second very luminous room where you will find an armchair perfect to enjoy an afternoon reading a book. To finish this ground floor, you have a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and A/C, and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
