Welcome to this beautifully refurbished end-of-terrace Margate cottage, just minutes from the beach and vibrant Old Town. With a stylish blend of modern/vintage comfort and coastal charm, it’s perfect for families, couples, or business travellers. Relax in two cozy bedrooms, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind in the bright lounge with a smart TV and Netflix. Fast Wi-Fi, a private garden, and a luxurious bathroom will complete your memorable stay.

Prior to arrival, guests will be issued with full check in instructions.
The house has a keypad entry system. Guests will be issued with their own unique code a few days before arrival along with instructions as to how to operate the keypad entry system.

**Directions to the Cottage – 27 Victoria Road, Margate, Kent, CT9 1LW**
Getting here is easy! We’re just a 10-minute walk from Margate Train Station — exit the station, turn right onto Eaton Road, follow along the seafront, and turn left onto Victoria Road.
**By car:** Use postcode CT9 1LW in your sat nav. Victoria Road is easily accessible from the A28 and A256.
**Parking tips:** Free on-street parking is usually available along Victoria Road and nearby side streets. During busy times, you may need to park a short walk away — but you can usually unload right outside.
**By public transport:** Margate Train Station is well-connected to London and Canterbury. Local buses stop at Cecil Square or Northdown Road, both just a short walk from the house.

Great gem

Such a pleasant experience staying here. The property is much bigger than the pics look. Locatiom is great close to all ammonites in old town. The beds are super comfy , shower powerful. We will definately be coming back again.
