"The beach is just steps away! Restaurants, pubs, etc were all within walking distance, as was the promenade. Beautiful walk among the trees right across the street. Perfect spot in the “quiet” part of Follonica."

"What a beautiful Resort. Carved into the coast of Italy, its really hard to imagine without being there. Sunsets were something to be adored from the garden terrace, having aperitivo, served by the most delightful staff. The room was absolutely wonderful, with a balcony overlooking the coast. Very comfortable and spacious. We did choose to visit the restaurant twice while there. The food, the service, Oh the wine list! All incredible. We also included the Beach club with our stay. It was a stunning place to visit for a couple of hours. Although there is no beach, there is water access, with life guards present. the water was very refreshing. Take the golf cart, the walk is something else if you choose. Parking was a breeze, and the trip to arrive was memorable as well. Such an amazing stay. Big thanks to all the staff that made our holiday wonderful."

"The receptionists were extremely helpful and polite. Provided us with information about the area and were vert attentive. Pretty cool location. Make sure you have comfortable shoes for the walk up to the hotel because of the incline."

"Beautiful view, dinner was outstanding. We did have issues with the air conditioning. However, management corrected. The owner of the property happened to be on the property at the time we were there and enjoyed his conversation."
