「Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...

「Appartamento ottimo per posizione, vicino al centro storico e a ridosso della spiaggia, visibile dal balcone. Grande parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze. Appartamento grande e spazioso.」

「Très joli appartement sur les hauts de Porto Santo Stefano. La vue est incroyable, le petit espace extérieur très agréable et bien aménagé et la résidence très bien entretenue avec un bel espace piscine. Un ménage un peu plus soigné à l'arrivée et un réglage des portes et fenêtres (il n'est pas toujours aisé de les ouvrir car cela bloque un peu) seraient des plus très appréciés.」

「Appartamento spazioso ricavato nelle taverne della palazzina, fresco durante la calura estiva. Ben arredato. Unico problema un po' umido, considerando l'ottimo livello di ristrutturazione direi che il prossimo passagio è installare un unità di condizionatore/deumidificatore automatico, ne esistono anche con auto spegnimento per salvare energia/consumi quando viene aperta a finestra o la porta. Gentile e disponibile la ragazza」

「Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung bzw. Grundstück sehr wohl. Einmalige ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt. Im September war es natürlich viel ruhiger und beschaulicher als sicher in der Hochsaison. Wir konnten noch im Meer baden und unternahmen einige Ausflüge in der Maremma. Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen.」

「Le logement était très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et l'île de Giglio ! Nous avons vu de magnifiques couchers de soleil ! Le logement était top avec beaucoup d'espaces pour chacun et 2 belles terrasse. L'endroit est super calme et reposant. Les contacts avec Serena se sont bien passés et tout s'est bien déroulé. Nous avons eu droit à une gentille attention; le frigo était rempli de boissons fraîches lors de notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons sans aucun problème !」
