"I found this place online because I wanted a suite that had a separate bedroom from the livingroom area. It did not disappoint and the unit was clean and well appointed. Just be aware it is wonderful but it in not a full service hotel. These are owner condos that the management company rents out. That's not a bad thing but just know there is no resturant or room service to call on. It is a great building and a direct walk to the enormous silk sand beach with great shelling. On the path to it there is a beach bar that is part of another facility and can serve meals and drinks. Less than a 5 minute walk is some great resturants like Marco Steak & Seafood which we loved and several popular resturants as well. As the units are individually owned you may find the interiors different as the memory foam mattress was a bit soft for me but some may prefer it. I was warned prior that there was no pool access and I did not mind that but I failed to consider the construction noise and loud music during the rebuild so you might want to ask about a completion date if booking the full gulf view units. I highly recommend it but just know it is different from a full hotel experience."

"No you could not see the ocean our room was outdated dirty couch ! Pool was nice we checked out a day early! They changed our room to an other one said they had a water leek in our room we went somewhere else very disappointed "

"Kristin was a fabulous host; so accessible if needed and she also checked in frequently (though we had ZERO problems!). The house was impeccably clean and exactly as advertised. She had it stocked with everything you could possibly need. Do not hesitate to book this lovely home. "

"Partial ocean view is always, in my opinion, not any view, maybe a glimpse. But we didn't select because of that. We liked the location and wanted to stay here and checkout. Clean unit, the kitchen was well stocked. Staff that was available was great, but any problem after 6, you won't be able to get a hold of anyone. We lost internet in evening and the next morning, don't know if ever fixed as we checked out. But we were busy. We loved the location, and enjoyed hearing music from the Boardroom, nice sized balcony and very comfortably sized unit. "
