HUGE pickle ball community that plays every day from 8am to 12am, 12 courts available

The beach starts just a short walk beyond the resort pool and continues for miles and provides amazing shelling, strolling along the water, and timeless relaxation.

Use the Beach cart full of chairs, umbrella & toys. Extra Large Beach Towels also.

Tigertail Beach is a short walk to the north of the building located on the protected nature preserve (5 miles long). They have kayaks and paddle boats for rent also.

Dine out in the many nearby on-island restaurants that range from beach casual to fine dining and everything in between.

The gated community complex is complete with large pool, workout facility, Pickle ball and tennis courts. Docks with boat slips available for weekly & monthly rentals. Bike Rentals too.

You will receive a welcome packet & set of keys before your trip that will have detailed directions for checking in and information about the Condo, Complex and the Island.

The primary Guest must be 25 or older.

NO Smoking or Vaping is Not allowed in or around the property.

NO Pets are allowed.

Guests will need to register with South Seas Tower upon check-in. They will be charged a one time $100 parking/registration fee.

Owners Contract will be asked to be signed within 72 hours of booking.
