Property manager moved us last minute. 20 hours before check in and surprise ed us with a mid vacation room move which the resort had no control over and we had to do it because everything was booked everywhere. Verbo last minute’s you so you’re stuck. Never again

I've used VRBO many times. This was by far the worst experience. The owner cancelled via email on the day I was supposed to check in. Avoid this property.

Awesome stay again at Crystal Shores!!

We had an awesome stay at Marco Crystal Shores. Ana was awesome to work with and was able to get us an upgrade that we didnt even ask for. We are actually owners at Crystal Shores and go several times a years since my parents live in Marco. We booked last minute through VRBO and had an amazing time!! Thanks again!

Best vacation!

We had a wonderful visit. This property has it all. Kids had a blast with the many pools and onsite activities. Beautiful property- very clean and updated. Owners were great to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

Impressive and delightful property, amenities and staff

Our group of 6 was beyond impressed and happy with the grounds, staff and accommodations at Marriott Crystal Shores. We booked the villa for a wedding, not planning on spending our full days/nights there, so we didn’t realize just how expansive the property was. We felt like we were on a resort vacation with poolside food & beverage service and activities, but the villa still felt like a private home with its large living and kitchen spaces. It was the best of both worlds and we would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful property, amazing location

I stayed here for a long weekend with some friends. It was a very clean and spacious unit. The property has great amenities and is in a great location with beach access and close to nice dining. I would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful 2 bedroom unit with a large patio and ocean view. The pool areas were lovely and rarely crowded. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

The property was beautiful! The room was gorgeous and perfect for my family of 5 with plenty of space. Loved having a full kitchen and space to hang even when we weren’t enjoying the pools or beach!

We had a great stay even though the weather didn’t cooperate. Our place was wonderful with a beautiful view and great location. The owner/manager was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to emails. Would rent again and highly recommend.
