Condo is in a great location. Beach access is a short, easy walk. Owner provided beach chairs, umbrella and a cart with balloon wheels which made hauling stuff to the beach even easier. Check in/out was simple and smooth. We had a great time!

This property is perfect for a couples getaway. Just the right amount of space and amenities. The condo is end unit on an upper floor which makes it very quiet. It is very clean and well appointed with everything you need: full kitchen, towels and toiletries, and supplies to enjoy the beautiful beach of Marco Island (chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, etc.). Condo is a short walk directly across the street from the beach access. Great covered balcony to enjoy mornings or evenings outside. Clean, heated pool and common facilities. Communication with the host was great. Definitely would book again.
