It was quite cheap so expectations were not high and we expected things to be older, that is fine. What we really disliked though was the humidity in the house (rented beginning November). "In general, the house is nice and very quietly located. The kitchen is nicely equipped and most things are functional. I see some issues however: for the price, there should be some basics included such as toilet paper, towels, and bed sheets. The owners told us to bring towels and bed sheets, but not the toilet paper.in general, I have to admit that the communication with the owners was not the best."

"Garden was beautiful. With large sweeping lawns. House was good enough, a little on the small side. Pool was very cold, even on the hottest days (30°c) the water only got to 22°c. Main reason I rented the place was because of the pool, but sadly hardly got to use it."

"This is a beautiful place to stay out in the country. There is a lot of beautiful scenery and it is peaceful. We slept on the second floor and had some people walking the grounds shining flashlights up in our windows around 3:00 a.m., which was a little strange. Also, the front desk / management gentleman wasn't very knowledgeable about the area. He explained to us that there were no taxis in the area and there indeed are and that is what we used to get around for our stay. I recommend that he...
