"Toen we aankwamen werden we vriendelijk verwelkomd door de verhuurders. We kregen een rondleiding door het appartement door de verhuurder. Het appartement was heel net en proper. Zowel de keuken als de andere voorzieningen waren goed uitgerust. De wifi was stabiel en redelijk snel. De badkamer was zeer proper. De douche had steeds warm water en was makkelijk te bedienen. Auch die Mülltrennung könnte besser beschrieben sein,z.B. Glasflaschen - Entsorgung. Eine Ablage im Bad für die Dinge wie Rasierer, Duschgel,Gläser zum spülen der Mundhygiene.Wir waren ansonsten sehr zufrieden, vor allen dingen die Nähe zur Stadt, die Anfahrt zur Wohnung.Nochmal Bastiogne, dann wieder bei Arnaud LG...

Il manque un micro-ondes et la bouilloire etait pleine de tartre (non utilisé), difficulté pour me doucher car je suis grand et manque une porte, si on ne veut pas inonder la piece. Revoir également la quantité de couverts et le rideau pas assez occultant dans la chambre "

"Car parking not near hotel but in side road quite a walk away Breakfast choice very limited within half hour of opening due to “group of cyclists eating it all” according to receptionist Wifi did not work at all “because i have i phone” according to receptionist Only 1 tea bag, 1 coffee and no milk in room Our key card stopped working so we had to wait outside (reception not open out off hours) from 11.30 pm until 12.15 am for someone to come and let us in Hotel could do with new carpet in room and general clean and update Would not recommend"

"Nice hotel overall, right at the heart of Bastogne. A real negative for me was the lack of ANY British TV channels.....everything but ! Bordering on disrespectful, I would say, considering the UK's involvement in the freedom of Belgium over two World Wars. Must have been us leaving Europe...previous hotel in Leuven had BBC 1 & 2 !! Also the hotel restaurant is closed on a Monday, and I think Tuesday, but the Bistro next door is open on a Tuesday ( or vice versa) Breakfast is nice though, and essential as nowhere is open on a Monday. Instructions for the in-room safe are poor, to the point where none of my group got it right !!"

"The room was clean and the staff were polite. The door lock kept alarming when we walked out of the room so the staff said slam the door…then it alarmed when opening the door. The WiFi isn’t great. You need a reservation to eat, which we didn’t know. We couldn’t eat at the property and there is nothing that is a reasonable walk. The property was pretty and quiet."

"Gorgeous hotel! The rooms are large and modern. The hotel was well designed with modern touches, its brand new. The pool was great for our kids and they even had a small area for the kids to play in which was a great added touch and we really appreciated that. The best hotel we stayed in during our 2 week trip to Europe !"

"Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again."
