「Initially we were disappointed by the property, which is very simple and basic, especially the way it is furnished - a pity really as the main room is large and would be transformed with a couple of decent sofas. But the bathroom and kitchen are modern and good quality, and it was adequately equipped for cooking, and the washing machine was useful. 「Wir verbrachten 13 Tage im Appartment von Casa Pietronedas klein aber sehr gemütlich ist. Da sonst keine Mieter da waren konnten wir den schönen Garten mit einem tollen Ausblick in die Ferne alleine genießen. Von Cupramontana konnten wir 2 gut ausgeschilderte Wanderungen unternehmen und abends gut Essen gehen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem und Herr M. della Schiava hat sich sofort bei uns gemeldet. La struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata a nuovo e si nota subito l'ottima cura nei dettagli. 「We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment was absolutely spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, with everything conveniently accessible, and the free parking was a fantastic bonus.A particularly lovely touch was the welcome snack provided by the host. 「Appartamento piccolo ma ben organizzato. Il bagno da migliorare per la posizione dei sanitari. Buona la posizione rispetto al mare ed i negozi di generi essenziali. Peccato per il rumore dei treni che passano dietro all'edificio ed a volte anche dalla strada che è davanti alla casa.」

「Minor details like towels racks, waste containers for kitchen and bathroom and garbage were missing. Since the property is situated in a TLC zone we were not allowed to drone or parked in the area , this was not expected to us even though we did ask parking. A permit is allowed for the residence upon applying for it . We received a € 112,50 fine.」
