Prachtige 14 dagen gehad in dit mooie huis.Kennismaking met de gastvrouw was heel goed en ze verwelkomde ons met een fles lekkere wijn.Gastvrouw was ook altijd bereikbaar.Prima huis niks op aan te merken.

Check-in war super entspannt und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus bzw. der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen, abgesehen von den Hundebellen - sowohl Nachts als auch Tagsüber. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.

Immer wieder schön

Kommen schon seit einigen Jahren mit unserem Hund hierher - es ist immer wieder entspannend. Das Haus ist schön, der Pool mit seinem Garten wunderbar. Aber unbedingt Insektenschutz mitnehmen.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Unterkunft: Sehr schöne und gut ausgestatte Villa, lässt keine Wünsche offen, wird wie inseriert angegeben. Lage: für die Ruhe ist es sehr gut, für Action benötigt man zwingend ein Auto, es gibt in füßläufiger Nähe nichts. Sehr viel hundegebell in der Nähe, wenn man das nicht mag, ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren Anfang Mai zwei Wochen, poolheizung ist da definitiv notwendig. In Summe kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus mit beheizbarem Pool

Sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Super sauber, sehr nette Vermieter. Grundstück ist toll bepflanzt mit alten Oliven und Feigenbäumen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur nächsten Bucht dauert es mit dem Auto keine 5Minuten.

Erholung und Natur pur!

Wir hatten zu dritt einen super erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Tris. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es auf den Bildern präsentiert wurde. Uns hat besonders das tolle Ambiente mit dem Salzwasser-Pool und den Oliven- und Feigenbäumen gefallen, sowie die modern eingerichtete Villa incl. Klimageräten in den Schlafbereichen alsmaich im Hauptwohnraum. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig (Ausnahme: hie und da Hundegebell, auch Nachts - das muss man wohl auf dem Lande in Kauf nehmen…). Wir kommen jedenfalls nächstes Jahr wieder!

Wer etwas Ruhe sucht und die Entspannung am Pool ist hier genau richtig. Nächstgrößere Stadt ist Pula. Ohne Auto sollte man nicht in diese Region reisen.

Schöne Villa

Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Hunde haben sich auch unfassbar wohl gefühlt. Die Villa bietet einen guten Komfort! Mit dem Auto ca 5 Minuten zum Strand. Nach pula ca 25-30 Minuten.

Schönes modernes Ferienhaus mit super lieben Vermietern

Das Ferienhaus Villa Tris ist ein super schönes, modernes Haus, welches wir sehr gepflegt vorgefunden haben. Ebenso freundlich waren die Vermieter welche bei kleineren Problemen sofort mit großer Mühe zur Stelle waren! Wir können dieses Haus samt Vermietern uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt dort!

Tolles Ferienhaus, modern und sehr geschmackvoll mit perfekter Außenanlage

Dieses Ferienhaus entspricht tatsächlich der Beschreibung und erfüllt alle Wünsche: Ein modernes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus in einem kleinen Dorf, ca. 20 Autominuten von Pula entfernt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt, mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche und 2 vollwertigen Badezimmern. Geradezu perfekt ist auch der Außenbereich: Ein traumhafter Pool mit modernen Liegen, auf denen es sich wunderbar den Tag verbringen lässt. Zusätzlich gibt es 2 überdachte Terrassen mit Tischen und Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine tolle Outdoorküche. Das Auto steht auf einem geschützten Parkplatz, direkt am Haus. Die Einfahrt ist mit Elektrotor gesichert. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und sind unglaublich sympathisch. Dieses Ferienhaus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns!

Schöne Bungalowvilla in kleinem Dorf

Wunderschöne Villa, sehr ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf. Absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Zum Strand mit dem Auto 7Minuten, zu "schöneren" Buchten ca. 25 Minuten. Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten mit den Hunden, auch direkt vom Haus aus möglich (Felder starten 100m neben dem Haus). In jedem Haus in Kroatien sind Hunde daher tlw. Viel Hundegebell, hat uns persönlich aber gar nicht gestört und Scheint normal zu sein. Im Haus war alles genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit, Gaskartusche der outdoor Küche war nach einer Woche leer und wurde auf Nachfrage innerhalb von 2h gewechsel! Einfach nur eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub im Juli 2022 in diesem Ferienhaus mit unseren 3 Jungs sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in diesem kleinen Ort sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet als Basis für die Familie alles was man braucht. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei vollwertige Bäder und alles was man für einen gemütlichen Vormittag an dem traumhaften Pool benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Bäcker ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ein Konsum in der Nähe bietet das Nötigste, falls mal etwas fehlt. Der nächste Strand ist mit einer 5-köpfigen Familie nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen und für kleinere Kinder nur mäßig geeignet. Für Erwachsene dagegen in Ordnung. Nimmt man etwas mehr Zeit in Kauf, dann erreicht man einige gute Strände mit dem Auto in gut 20 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus,Villa Tris Ganz neue Villa

Wir waren 2Wochen hier ,das Objekt ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet .Leider wurde im Inserat nicht erwähnt, daß in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle ist,welche den ganzen Tag zu Lärmbelästigungen führt.Hinzu kommt noch Hundegebell (von vier Hunden im Zwinger des Nachbarn) teilweise ab 4Uhr morgens bis spät abends.Seitens des Vermieters wäre eine Vorabinfo angebracht gewesen. Derzeit unserer Meinung nach nicht für einen ruhigen Urlaub zu empfehlen Juni 2022

Toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne erholsame Wochen in dem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir wurden mit einem kleinen Willkommensgruß sehr herzlich empfangen. Super fanden wir auch das wir am Tag der Anreise von den Gastgebern eine Nachricht erhalten haben das wir früher einchecken können. Es war alles ausnahmslos super sauber und gut ausgestattet, auch die Betten waren sehr bequem und der Tipp für das tolle Restaurant hat uns einige leckere Abendessen genießen lassen. Perfekter Frühlingsurlaub

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbar erholsame Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Der Pool wurde extra für uns geheizt und hatte dadurch eine sehr angenehme Temperatur (28-30 Grad), das schöne Wetter tat sein Übriges .... Sehr gerne empfehlen wir die Unterkunft weiter, zumal die Vermieter auch supernett sind.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war in top Zustand und die Vermieter sehr nett. Unbedingt an Mittel gegen Mücken denken,diese waren sehr lästig. Leider hatte der Bäcker im Dorf schon geschlossen,das Restaurant was 900m entfernt sein sollte haben wir leider auch nicht gefunden. Zu Fuß zum Meer war auch nicht möglich da es keinen Fußweg dorthin gab,mit dem Auto ist man aber in 5 Minuten da gewesen (Steinstrand)
