"We went during off season period when the hotel was practically empty. They gave us one of the worst rooms over the garage where you literally hear the grinding door open each time any guest arrives at all hours of the day or night and wakes you up. The refrigerator was stacked with a heavy safe on top, and then a microwave on top of that - so you can't even open the refrigerator door. Who does that? Even 3rd world countries have better amenities. The lounge has the WORST chairs that are ALL ragged and you don't even want to sit on them. The pool has tiles falling apart where I scratched my back getting into the pool. This property is a hazard and I am not even sure why its open. They say they are remodeling ... yet they make your stay miserable. It is one THE worst hotels I have ever stayed. The managers John and Kayle are not suitable front office staff. They refused to give me a printed receipt for incidentals to make sure they did not charge me even though they charged my credit card. They told me to talk to Expedia. Horrendous courtesy for guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
"There was no one at the hotel when I arrived. I had to call someone who directed me to pick up a key off the front desk. I had requested a room with a view. What I got was room 103, first floor with a view of the parking lot. The toilet was not functional, the room was dismal at best. There was no one to ask for help. I was the only person on property, which was also very disconcerting. The following morning someone had set out an envelop for me for a different room, presumably an upgrade, but I was scheduled to check out that morning... so that was weird. Again, no one on property except the breakfast attendant. I explained my dilemma to her. She tried to reach a manager or other hotel staff and was also not able to reach anyone.
I would never ever recommend this place. I would have felt safer at the Bates Motel. "
"Pillows are hard and uncomfortable and the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation but the property didn't list that on hotels.com when I booked and I booked because of the pool! It's a clean property, slope side and near town.
"
"This place is exactly what the doctor ordered. The hot tub was a dream, the heated outdoor pool was perfect temperature. The location and boutique size of the condo complex was perfect. I wish I could think of another word other than perfect for this place, but I swear… it was perfect. Front desk girl, perfect. Complimentary hot beverages, perfect. Little heater w fake fireplace next to my bed… perfect.
I wish I was still there!
So relaxing. "
"Dinner is right downstairs from your room and so is the bar. Dinner is excellent. Breakfast which is included is excellent also. The little town has some real gems. We had a very memorable and fun experience."
