An amazing 2nd floor condo in the gated community of The Cape in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. This immaculately clean, 915 sq ft condo has been beautifully updated with cozy furnishings that offer guests spectacular views, Lake LBJ access (constant level!), and waterfront docking.

The large relaxing covered porch is just feet off the water and overlooks the day docks on Lake LBJ. The porch is complete with a ceiling fan, or for cool mornings there is propane heater to keep you warm.

At our private docks you can fish, swim, paddle board or dock your boat or jet ski for your entire stay. The docks are located directly below your back porch where you can easily relax and keep an eye on the kids while they swim.

Inquire about long term stay discounts! For 7 nights, a 12% discount will automatically be applied when you book. 40% discount for a month.

The large master has a super comfy king size bed, flat screen and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin-over-full bunk beds.

The luxurious bathroom is Jack and Jill style that shares a large custom tiled shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped, which includes refrigerator, Kuerig, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and stove. The cold water at the kitchen sink is filtered.

NO SMOKING - a fumigation fee of $150 will be automatically applied if smoking is detected by our cleaners.

Pets allowed with a fee, but please ensure your pets are well behaved and potty trained. Unfortunately we can only allow small dogs under 20 lbs due to condo size and damage we’ve incurred in the past.

Parking -- there is one assigned spot for this unit. There's additional first come first serve parking on the street in front of the complex.

Boats and Trailers -- there is no way to launch a boat or store a trailer at this condo complex. The closest public boat ramp is at Wirtz Dam and is operated by Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina where they also have trailer parking and rentals.

The Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities are not included with the stay unless guests have a membership.

Please note this is a second story condo and there is no elevator.

Great location, very clean condo, AMAZING views

Took my son fishing on lake LBJ, and brought my Goldendoodle along as well. The condo is in Horseshoe Bay resort, close to the marina and restaurant. Can’t beat waterfront!

Great Weekend Away!

Clean and very usable condo. We enjoyed our family time and bringing out dog. Floated off the dock and took plenty of strolls through the bay. It was a great weekend and we’d love to come back again!

Horeshoe Bay Condo

Perfect location, great view, excellent ambience. Condo is very clean, welcoming, and makes you feel at home. Working with the property owner was great, very fast responses to questions. We will be going back.

Third Time’s a Charm!

We came back for our third stay at this condo. This time, we brought our 7 year old. He loved the bunk beds and enjoyed the balcony as much as we did. This condo is great for any of your getaway needs!

Very happy with the condo. Comfortable and extremely clean. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Really appreciate the communication with the owner prior to booking. Received very clear and simple to follow instructions prior to arrival and had no issues with check in. Would love to come back.

Just what we needed!

Immaculate and relaxing. We spent the majority of the weekend on the balcony overlooking the water. We were fortunate with 60 degree temps in January, cozy blankets, coffee and wine. We look forward to returning in the summer with our kiddo to enjoy the many outdoor activities the area has to offer.

Memorial Day Wedding Weekend

A perfect condo for our son and his partner for the weekend. We had booked this condo for its location and their pets policy. Our son opted not to bring his fur baby but the option was there and it made the choice easy. The condo was clean and wonderful with view of the water. The communication regarding check-in was clear and emailed to us early just in case we had any questions. The owner seems super easy going and very welcoming. We would definitely rent the place again and recommend it to everyone.

Perfect Birthday Trip

We have a long history with Horseshoe Bay but haven't been there since 2018. We talk about how relaxing it always was sitting on the deck and looking at the water and the boats going by. When I started planning this birthday surprise trip the location of the condo was very important and this one met all of our expectations. It is directly on the water, but in a quieter part of the lake. The view is awesome - check out the sunsets! The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The furniture is comfortable and attractive. You have an assigned parking space so that is one less thing to worry about. We will be back!

Pleasant and relaxing

Everything was great! The kitchen really was fully stocked with utensils and plates, etc. I never had to do the dishes once the entire weekend, so that was pretty exciting, LOL! It’s hot in August so it was tough to really enjoy the balcony like I planned, but it really was nice out there. The grounds/area was lovely. We brought our small dog and did not have a problem at all walking her. There are outdoor steps as the listing says (no elevator) but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate our luggage. There are two toilet areas and a jack and Jill type shower area. PLENTY of towels and pillows and blankets. The laundry area had cleaning supplies which I appreciated. I do wish that there was a box fan or tower fan for the bedroom as it didn’t get as cool as I would have liked, but it’s not a reason to knock off any stars. We would definitely stay here again! Tip: make sure the fans are turning in the right direction by pressing the arrow buttons.

The property is great, host is very responsive to communication and even offered to postpone my reservation because the flooding caused the lake to have issues. I couldn't change dates so still took the chance. Only thing that could make it better would be the lake to be safe and not dealing with the floods but what can you do about that?

The condo was exceptional. The layout, the ability to have a light breakfast or lunch in a well stocked kitchen was a huge bonus. Plenty of plates and glassware. The view is phenominal. Perfect getaway

I was able to stay with my sister for Mom‘s wig we had a blast in the lake, shopping in marble Falls and eating at all the restaurants and relaxing. It was just what we needed to head back to reality on a Monday.

Perfect Spring Break

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful condo right on Lake LBJ! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at a home away from home. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning— the patio was our favorite spot to relax!One of the best parts? It was totally pet-friendly! Our dogs were so happy chilling on the patio and taking in the sights and sounds. It’s not always easy to find a place that welcomes pets and still feels luxurious, but this one checked all the boxes.Great getaway to Hill Country and perfect location for golf and day trips!
