Beach Front Apartment in Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain

Cortijo Blanco, a Seafront complex, is pleasantly situated near Puerto Banus, in the secluded, residential Cortijo Blanco area, one of Marbella's most established suburbs. It has a large garden and is only a few minutes' walk from the hotels, bars, good restaurants, and a supermarket. This fully airconditioned beachfront apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Cortijo Blanco building, directly overlooking the beach and Mediterranean sea. The apartment does not have its own swimming pool but it is adjacent to the beautiful Alabardero beachside swimming pool and recreation facilities and access to sunloungers and umbrellas by the swimming pool and those by its lovely Playa. The use of this facility has an entrance fee. You can also enjoy its beachside taberna with fantastic tapas and open-air, on the beach, massage services. The 2 well-known and exquisite beachside fish restaurants (Nueve Reino and Alabardero) are just adjacent to the Cortijo Blanco Apartments and many other fine restaurants are located on the San Pedro promenade within a very short walking distance.

Cette annonce ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité. Lorsqu’on est arrivé il y a eu des problèmes avec l’électricité,il n’y avait pas de piscine alors que c’était dit qu’il y en avait une.Tout était ancien, frigo, lave vaisselle et micro-onde qui ont du être changer parce qu’il ne marchaient pas.Il y a aussi eu des problèmes avec l’eau ( des coupures d’eau, et plus d’eau chaude). Propriétaire pas aimable, ne répond que très rarement et que pour dire que c’est de notre faute que rien ne marche. Prix élevé pour ce que c’est.
