The apartment features air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and elevator access. A baby crib and highchair are available for an extra fee, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private covered terrace and balcony. The shared outdoor area includes a garden, outdoor pool open all year round, children's pool, and outdoor shower. A shared tennis court is also available for your use.



Shared garage parking is provided at the property, and public transportation is within walking distance. Please note that pets are not allowed, events are prohibited, and youth groups are not permitted. Beach towels are provided for your stay.



A supermarket, beach, and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance from the apartment. Airport pickup service is available for an extra fee. Please be aware that governmental water regulations may be in place during your visit, potentially affecting pool usage, garden watering, or limiting tap water use.



Please note that we do not accept single parties or young groups; our goal is to create a peaceful and relaxing environment. Renters must be at least 35 years old to book. If you are below the minimum age and wish to book this property, please submit a request for the owner's consideration. In compliance with current regulations, all guests over the age of 18 must register using a passport or national identity document (ID).
