A true boater's paradise, this home is just minutes from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you're an avid fisherman or enjoy boating, this home offers endless opportunities for waterfront activities. End your day watching the famous Florida sunsets from the comfort of your own private pool. This is more than just a home; it's a waterfront retreat that will make every day of your vacation unforgettable!!

Please note, if booking through VRBO, Homeaway or Expedia, if you decide to cancel, the credit card fee of 3.5% will be deducted from your refund that you receive.
A refundable damage deposit of $1000 will be held in your credit card used for booking for a period of 7 days, this hold of $1000 will commence 2 days prior to your checkout and will be in our custody for a period of 7 days. Subject to damages the relevant amount depending on the damage will be covered with the deposit and any remaining amount will be dispersed back to you card.

I can't rave enough about this incredible VRBO! The back dock is perfect for your boat, and the stunning pool was our daily favorite for relaxing fun. Plus, there's a fantastic BBQ for making delicious home-cooked meals. Located in the heart of Marathon, it’s perfectly situated between Key Largo and Key West, making adventures easy! The decor is gorgeous, and the property sits right across from a beautiful golf course. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it truly feels like your own tropical retreat. Ruth and Traci are fantastic hosts—always quick to respond and incredibly thoughtful. We were warmly welcomed with a lovely note, fresh flowers, breakfast goodies, and drinks—a first-class experience from start to finish! I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing property for your next getaway.

Our stay in Marathon was everything we had hoped for and more! The communication with the management team was amazing. They were quick to answer my questions and easy to work with. The home we stayed in was gorgeous! Beautiful and very clean with a saltwater pool and great views!

Great experience

We stayed here for two weeks. Was an awesome trip! Home was very clean and well appointed with everything we could have needed. Location was great, neighborhood was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do while we were here. Ruth, the host, was awesome to deal with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend the property!

Things we love to do in the Keys

We love to go to the Keys for boating, fishing, lobstering, free diving, etc.. This property is the perfect location. Boat can be in the back yard. Home is beautiful & comfortable. Property is beautiful. Our host was always in contact range and quick to,accommodate us with any issues, concerns, questions, etc.

Family Vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was there. We were just astounded at the care and consideration that was shown us while we were there. Lovely spot with beautiful surroundings inside and out. Our 28ft Grady White was very happy right out the back door, and made it easy for lots of boating adventure. Ruth and Traci were only a pleasure to work with.

Marathon

What't not to like about Marathon. Beautiful water, great restaurants. Close enough to visit the other keys and take in their beauty. Walked and walked in Key West. Glad for the ride back to the place.

Great two weeks

Had a great two weeks. Property manager communication was on point. Unit was pet friendly, clean and well supplied to include drinks, snacks and condiments. Boat dockage was an easy in/out, had a bait freezer and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying next year with the new pool.

Marathon beauty

A rarity, this property was actually even nicer than described! The owner and property manager were a delight to work with. The golf course was a bit of a disappointment, but we still had a great time in Marathon.

Great home, great location!

We arrived late and the house was wonderfully stocked with essentials to get us started. That was a huge help! The house was roomy and comfortable, and Ruth was in constant contact to ensure we were happy.

Fantastic Stay

Me and my wife Cindy had the best VRBO experience here after all the others we have tried. Ruth the host was fantastic and accessible easily! Way too many things to give a thumbs up to here but for sure we will come back soon!

Great Find

The house was wonderful. It was clean, excellent appliances, excellent dishes, large living space, huge deck, plenty of room for a boat plus fishing, large bait freezer, cleaning table, and parking for a trailer plus vehicles.
