Welcome to “Take it Keysie” your tropical/waterfront retreat in Marathon, Florida!

Located in the heart of the Florida Keys, Take it Keysie, offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and adventure for your vacation getaway. Our waterfront property with quick ocean access offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, which is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to experience the magic of island living.

The Space: Step into a world of relaxation as you enter our home. The open-concept layout features a modern living area opened to the kitchen with a large center island perfect for entertaining. The living room has a large sliding glass door which leads to a covered porch with waterfront views. The covered porch is perfect for morning coffee, social hour and everything in between.

Bedrooms: With three bedrooms, our house comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The owner’s suite has a king bed with an en-suite full bath, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. We have a queen air mattress for the living room. The second full bath is off the living room.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.

Outdoor space: Being on the water provides many advantages. Our guests can take advantage of our 80FT dock to store their boat and/or water toys. Our property is conveniently located with quick ocean access. We are 6 houses from ocean access. Also, on the property we have several areas to relax and unwind. The first area is the covered porch upstairs which is fully furnished. Another popular spot to relax is the lower level which provides ample shade. Outdoor amenities are listed below:
