It features a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with breath taking views. Great outdoor space with a gas grill, swing , and pool table. Inside Hickory Hardwood flooring throughout with authentic Chicago brick floors in each bathroom. A custom kitchen awaits you and plenty of space to relax upstairs while enjoying the ocean views.

New home built in 2018 with a salt water pool has great indoor/ outdoor space. Open concept inside with a custom kitchen. Enjoy wide open views of the Atlantic Ocean from your upper level balcony. Easy boating access is a bonus.

Guest have access to everything. They have a free pool table and 2 kayaks available for use.

Relax and enjoy the Ocean Breeze you found paradise. To heat the pool it cost $150.00 per week.
