Newly remodeled, centrally located Keys cottage on a DIRECT CHANNEL to open water, three lots away from the ocean . Has all you need for your perfect vacation: equiped kitchen, coffee maker, linnens, towels, smart TV with Netflix. All new furniture and appliances, washer and dryer. Plenty of parking for your boat trailer and vehicles.
Close to Publix for your groceries, Walgreens, gas station and all the restaurants in the island.
Less than 4 miles to Sombrero Beach. The beach has picnic pavilions, a children’s playground, volleyball court, restrooms, and showers. The sandy strip is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing in the shallow water.

Wonderful Half Duplex

We had a wonderful stay! Unit was clean, convenient to everything & quiet area. The canal was nice for our boat & the pool was refreshing. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location

Beautiful and extremely clean place! Its the perfect location and has friendly neighbors on the canal. We watched the manatees come during the day, and tarpon come in at night. We loved having the kayak and paddle board to use too. 10/10 would totally stay here again. Close to the store, and beautiful sombrero beach

Best location ever!

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's an amazing place! Very clean, wonderfully located, and if you are looking for water access- this spot is less than 100yards from the oceanside. In 10 minutes you're on the reef! Deep canal, easy in and out. This is a true hidden gem!

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely trip. This home has so many positives but the best part for our family was the back porch. It was spectacular to stay in the back enclosed area rain or shine. We are so happy with this property and I would book it again… we are planning our next visit.

If you are a boater look no further! This is definitely the place to spend a week on the water. Close to open water and many more things to do.

Thoughtfully designed house

The house is small but is well designed for an enjoyable stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and bedroom, nice table space on screened in patio, pool, bikes. Excellent communication. We were very happy there.

Awesome stay in Marathon

Excellent location. The property was spotless and all appliances updated. Being right on a canal was a bonus. Saw a mother manatee and her calf. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely come back here again.

A piece of paradise

If you are looking for the most relaxing getaway, with plenty of things to do that are near. Great restaurants, fishing, turtle hospital, dolphin research center, aquarium, and right out back of your getaway you may catch sight of a manatee or two. The management is very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have ,great people! You will not be disappointed with this gem!!!

Great vacation rental!

We have visited the Florida Keys many times over the years and we liked everything about this rental. Anything you would need for vacation is here. Nice decor, nice location. Our host Laz contacted us early on the day of our arrival, so we had his number during our stay if we needed anything.. Awesome!

This place was perfect, with communication with the host to getting a great night sleep. We brought our boat, and it was so convenient to be able to keep it out your back door. We used the pool and the fire pit, and the size of the house was perfect for just us two. Seeing Manatees and sea turtles was such a big plus.

Lovely Getaway

A piece of paradise!

We are many time repeat bookers! The management is always helpful (excellent),the location is perfect, many many attractions to visit, dolphin research center, aquarium, turtle hospital to name a few. The restaurants in the area are very good, but the location makes it easier to go in either direction to investigate more places. The place itself is is very well maintained and comfortable. You will not go wrong by choosing this property enjoy!

Sweet little place

We stayed here for a week between 2 other places that we shared with other couples. Unit is really cute and very spacious for a one bedroom. We had a pretty warm week and the pool was well used. Easy access to the Atlantic by boat. Groceries only a couple of miles away. Area was very quiet. Excellent parking for a boat and trailer. Kitchen well stocked. Shower was divine--roomy with excellent water pressure. King bed comfy. Highly recommend.

Great location in the Key

The rental was perfect for us. A couple in our 60's. We are laid back. The bed was very comfortable. We used the screen porch extensively as well as the patio. The view of the stars at night was amazing. Laz was very responsive. We had one minor issue and let Laz know and it was corrected within hours. We did not have a boat but it would have been a great place to have a boat. We will be back!
