  • Located in the lovely Ocean Isles Community, this updated condo showcases waterfront living at its finest! The warm Florida sunshine will highlight your favorite memories created alongside the shared pool. When you aren't taking invigorating dips in the turquoise water, head for nearby Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Beach Golf, and Curry Hammock State Park.

    Sun-kissed and happy, head back inside and utilize the condo's open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Show off your culinary skills in the updated kitchen adorned with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. From here, you will be able to easily visit with your loved ones as they stream their favorite shows on the large TV in the living room. The spacious bedroom is flooded with ample natural lighting and is kept cool thanks to partial air-conditioning. Additionally inside, you'll appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

Nice getaway!

We are a family of three and stayed for the week of Memorial Day. It was just enough room for us and we had everything we needed in the condo to cook and hang out. The pool was large and lovely. Great location - we were close to everything. I would recommend this home to others.

Marathon condo

The unit was brand new and very clean. We were disappointed that there was no hair dryer, or pool towels, or outdoor chairs or bicycles. Other units at this location had all of these features.

Easy access to and from the complex, the unit was very clean and the pool was great. The only cons were there was dishwasher soap powder for a dishwasher that didn’t exist. We purchased liquid dishwasher soap but had to use washcloths in lieu of dishwasher rags because they also did bit exist. The unit also had only 1-1/2 baths and not 2 as advertised, and there was no tv in the bedroom.
