Do your research

The hotel was nice but far away from the airport and located away from the downtown. I did not know that MDP had a series of beaches that stretched about 8 to 10 km. If you can do better research than I did, you may come up with a better hotel for walkability for resturants, services or attractions.

Not all the rooms, including ours, have excellent views of the ocean. The photos in the listing give the impression that ocean views are the norm, not the exception. Any room on the 3rd floor or below has a building that effectively blocks most of the ocean view. Our room did have a partial ocean view and, for the most part, was very nice. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Okay hotel and good location, no idea how it’s 3 stars. It’s quite expensive for what it is. They say double bed, it’s two uncomfortable single beds pushed together with a fair gap in between. They say full spa, it’s not at all. Restaurant was fairly good but very mediocre breakfast without hot water most mornings. Air con broke and electrocuted me and all they said was that we should’ve told them immediately it was broken, which we did.

Expedia did not mention a tourist tax. The toilet did not flush. There was no soap dish in the shower. The shower was not clean as there was black hair on the wall.

Faltaba espejo en el baño. Dijeton que era una habitación que estaban refaccionando desde hacía poco tiempo. Tarija en Expedia, U$S47. Terminó saliendo $64.000 cpn IVA e imputestos Municipales que no fueron explicitados en la oferta. Deberían ser más prudentes cuando la carga impisitiva NO INFORMADA es del orden del 40%, ya que constituye un error esencial de la oferta e induce a contratar en condiciones ventajosas que no son tales. Se puede esperar un IVA (que bien podría explicitarse de antemano), pero no una tasa municipal tan absurda.

Si hubiera cero estrellas pondría cero. La ducha está arriba del inodoro y tiene una cortina q te encierra a vos y el inodoro para ducharte, ni siquiera sé como describirlo, un horror. Además la ducha no tiene pared, se moja todo el baño, la cadena no funciona bien. El desayuno horrible, el jugo parece los que diluís de botella y las medialunas mas insulsas q comí en mi vida, sumado a que facturas es lo único interesante para comer, después son tres tipos de panes y ya. La foto de la pileta está muy bien sacada para hacerle propaganda al hotel, la vista es el estacionamiento del hotel (que si llegas tarde te quedas sin lugar y tu auto termina en la calle) y después viene el mar de vista. Nose si el hotel es malo, quizás es 2 o 3 estrellas pero por lo que me cobraron debería darles vergüenza. Pagué 220 dólares osea 264.000$ para pasar UNA buena noche, no para vivir renegando del hotel, obvio que los chicos de recepción no tienen la culpa pero tampoco existe una solución. Jamás volvería y no se lo recomendaría a nadie, de hecho si alguien conocieo va a mdq me aseguraría que no vengan acá porque la experiencia fue horrible y la plata que salió fue mucha y no me la regalan

Increíble las instalaciones miy lindas no conseguimos cochera pero dejanos el auto en el predio del hotel tod muy lindo y agradable solo el desayuno podrian mejorarlo falto para el nivel de establecimiento que ofrecen el desayuno no esta a la altura… pero el resto todo de 10 por supuesto que volveria y lo recomiendo 💯%

Lindo Hotel

La realidad es que estuve muy pocas horas disfrutando de las instalaciones. Lo poco que pude ver me gusto, cochera cubierta, desayunador, recepcion, la atecion del personal, etc. Lo unico que tengo como negativo, es que en los tiempos que hoy se viven, no deberia existir mas baños sin bañera o ducha separada del baño. El palo con el secador, para que uno lo seque cuando se termina de duchar, me parece de otra epoca. Y desmerece todo lo lindo y bueno que se ve. Saludos.-
